Gary Bancroft

Gary D. Bancroft passed away February 19, 2023. Gary always loved and enjoyed going to Martha’s Vineyard with his beautiful family, playing golf, painting with watercolors, and fishing. Gary was the loving husband of Helga Bancroft; beloved father of Daniel Bancroft and his wife Susan, Inge Webster and her husband Dickie, and Craig Bancroft and his wife Susan; dear brother of Ken Bancroft and his wife Paulette, and the late Jack Bancroft and survived by his wife Jackie; cherished grandfather of Kevin Bancroft and his wife Alexis, Kate Veldkamp and her husband Miko, Richard Webster and his wife Sara Joy, Katharina Halsted and her husband Max and the late Andrew Bancroft and great grandfather of Hunter Bancroft, Winston Bancroft, Ada Veldkamp, and Willa Halsted.

The family will receive friends in Church of the Nativity, 20 E. Ridgely Road, Timonium, MD 21093 on Thursday, February 23, 2023 from 11:30 to 12:30PM at which time a funeral Mass will be celebrated at 12:30PM. Interment Private.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be directed in Mr. Bancroft’s memory to Church of the Nativity, 20 E. Ridgely Road, Timonium, MD 21093.
