I met Gloria 15 years ago as a Volunteer at Gilchrist Hospice after the loss of their daughter, and then her husband. She was so willing to lend a hand for many years, before going to GBMC for Spiritual Services, where I could drop in occasionally and say "hi" She will be missed...Peace to her family...

I had the good fortune of working with Gloria (and George) at Gilchrist Hospice. Gloria always had a smile on her face and a glimmer in her eyes. She was generous with her time and energy and her heart. She will be missed.

Gloria will be missed. We had many talks regarding Meals on Wheels (back in the day). I’m saddened to learn of her passing.

I was so saddened to hear of the passing of Gloria. Gloria was a wonderful and faithful member of our church and is one of people we have missed most since moving. Our small group was very close and we had many wonderful conversations, most led by George. She has returned to the Lord and has been reunited with her loved ones who have gone on before her. May the family be comforted knowing she is in good hands.

My condolences to Gloria's family. She and her husband George were the first to welcome us to the neighborhood when we moved in 2005. They both were kind and gracious people as well as excellent examples of living out their faith. I will miss my chats with Gloria on nice days when she sat on her bench on the front porch or when we happened to see each other as we came and went. I will be praying for the family in the days to come.
