On November 22, 2018 Grace Elizabeth Carter (nee Wilson); beloved wife of the late Donald H. Carter, Sr.; loving mother of Donald Carter, Jr., Linda and Bobby Stidham , Carol and Al Outten, Gary and Sandra Carter, Jeff and Denise Carter, and Lisa and Donnie Potter. Also lovingly survived by 19 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and 16 great-great grandchildren.
Family will receive friends at the Lemmon Funeral Home of Dulaney Valley, Inc. 10 West Padonia Road (at York Road) Timonium, Maryland 21093 on Monday, November 26, 2018 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. A Celebration of Grace’s life will be held in the Funeral Home on Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at 11:00 am.
Interment in Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
