Very sorry for your loss Anne, Vic, Suzanne and Sydney. I will cherish all of the great times with Vic at both your home in Timonium Rd and on Ivy Hill. Our group of guys were always welcome and Vic was always current on what was going on with us. He was one of our great Dads, fun but stern and he was someone I looked up to. He was a very successful executive. I will miss the many cookouts and crab feats and treasure my memories with the Rieger family and with one of my best friends since 3rd grade, Captain Vic.

During my years working with Vic at Union Trust and Signet, I found him to be a strong leader, mentor and most of all a good friend. He will be missed. My thoughts are with Anne and family.

Dear Anne, Suzanne, Stephen, Sidney, and family,
You have my deepest sympathies on the loss of your husband, father, grandfather, and loved one. Vic was an outstanding man, and a sincerely kind hearted person. His contagious sense of humor was always appreciated at every gathering. I feel particularly blessed that Victor and Anne have been the most wonderful and loving god parents to me. On behalf of my family, we are with you in spirit-- in sympathy, love and respect.

Love, Cousin Chris, David, Joe and Chelsea Herring

Ann, Suzanne and Stephen. I was so shock to see the notice in the newspaper. I thought back about all the good times our families had together in the JC’s and when you came down the house for crabs. They were wonderful times. My thougths and prayers are with you.
