Harlow Quinn Woodard suddenly passed away on April 20, 2017 surrounded by her loving family. Harlow was the cherished daughter of Ernie and Lisa Woodard; beloved granddaughter of Karen and Roland Moore and the late Ernie Woodard, Sr.; loving sister of Hudson, Harper, and Huston Woodard; devoted niece of Meredith and Tony Echternach, and Monica Moore and Mike Jonczak; dear cousin of Paityn and Parker.
The family will receive friends at the LEMMON FUNERAL HOME OF DULANEY VALLEY INC., 10 W. Padonia Road (at York Road) Timonium, MD 21093 on Monday, April 24, 2017 from 2PM to 4PM and 7PM to 9PM. A Funeral Service will be celebrated at the funeral home on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at 10AM.
Interment Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
