I miss you everyday I breathe. They say it gets easier, but it doesn’t. Every Mother’s Day, every November, every holiday, it’s just not the same. Nothing is the same. There’s no joy anymore. Please continue to watch over us. Guide Jordan on his ship in Japan. Guide me as i fly through the Air Force. Guide Josh in every journey he takes. Help us release this pain we keep buried deep inside us. I’ll never thank god for taking you away from me, but I thank him that you’re not suffering. I’ll see you soon, just not soon enough. I love you , Ma. Hug&kiss Grandma for me. And let my several friends know I miss them all as well. It’s gonna be a party when I see y’all again.

It’s been 9 years today since you passed. I miss you. You would be very proud of these boys. Jordan is in the Navy & Justin & Joshua are doing great. We are all together. Keep looking down on us & keep us protected. I Love You.

       I knew we would have to say good-by to you way too soon, but you are never ready to say good-by to someone you love. Our only comfort is that you are  in no more pain .You were so brave and a inspiration to all of us.  I am so thankful for the times we had together especially this past year. You have been through one of the toughest tragedies of your lives this week. Watching the way you have handled it has shown me that you are incredible young men. I am sure that you all will grow to make Me, your Mother, Kathy & the entire family even more proud of you than we already are. You boys are my rock & I love you with all of my heart. We celebrate Jen's birth marked by her 41st birthday today. Tomorrow we celebrate her life... She will always be remembered as not only a woman of unequal strength, but a loving mother, a devoted wife, and a loyal friend. I am so sorry for your loss. I know there are no words that can ease the pain you are feeling.  I only met Jen once, at your beautiful wedding, but I feel as though I knew her through our conversations about her.  It was obvious from the way you spoke of Jen that you two shared a special bond that few people are lucky enough to experience. I know the coming days and weeks will be incredibly difficult, and I hope that you can find strength and support in your family and friends.

My sweet wife, I know in my heart that you are now free of your physical body that could no longer stand up to the stress of chemotherapy.  I miss everything about you.  When my heart has felt like it was breaking in these first few days without you, I have suddenly felt the power of your love washing over me.  I believe that you are whole now and living in the light of our Heavenly Father.  I am not sure when I will join you, but I can't wait to see you again.  Not only does your love live on in me, but I am seeing it living on in your family and friends.  Everyone you met was overwhelmed by your strong, giving spirit.  I don't think you really know the impact you made on so many lives.  I am going to do my best to take care of our boys, as I promised you that I would.
