On May 27, 2014, following a courageous battle with cancer, JOAN L. COOPER (nee Brannock); beloved wife of 59 years to George W. Cooper, Jr.; devoted mother of George W. Cooper, III; cherished daughter of the late Blair and Florence Brannock; dear sister of the late Thomas and Blair Lee Brannock. Also survived by four loving nephews.
