Joel L. Keith

Joel L. Keith of York, PA, passed away on March 11, 2026 at Country Meadows; Born on December 27, 1934 in Clinton, TN. He was 91 years old. He was the son of the late Robert Virgil Keith and Clara Agnes Williams Keith, ex-husband to the late Betsy Langeler Keith and brother to the late Patsy Lou Keith.

Surviving are his daughters and sons-in-law, Judy and Alan Miller, Nancy and Glenn Kroneberger, Melony and Louis Lee Bopst III, his grandchildren Abigail and husband Nathan Lindquist, Benjamin Kroneberger, Connor Bopst, Justin Miller and Parker Bopst, and 2 great-grandsons.

Joel played the trombone, loved to sing and enjoyed music. He has sung in many choirs and played trombone in many bands, including High School Band, SS Band, University of Tennessee College Band and Army USAR Band and church.

Joel was in the Army for 4 years. He was a sharpshooter and marksman. While working in this area he lost his hearing.

Joel loved mustang cars and car racing and the University of Tennessee Volunteers! This was his alma mater.

Joel retired as a Disability Claims Examiner at the Social Security Administration after 26 years.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather at Lemmon Funeral Home of Dulaney Valley Inc., 10 W. Padonia Road, Timonium, Maryland 21093 on Thursday, March 19, 2026 from 10am -11am for viewing, funeral service will begin at 11am.

Interment to follow at Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens, 200 E. Padonia Road, Timonium, Maryland 21093.
