On December 29,2013, Joseph Gregory Kemper, Sr., Distinguished Chief of the Military Branch-Baltimore District, US Army Corps of Engineers ; loving husband of Viola Kemper (nee Kuszmaul); devoted father of Joseph G. Kemper, Jr. and his wife the late Linda, Michael B. Kemper and his wife Barbara, Mary Biemer and her husband John and the late Christopher Kemper and his wife Susie; cherished grandfather of Chelsea Kemper, Joseph G. Kemper III and his wife Kerstin, Kayla Kemper, Kristen Kemper, Gregory Kemper, Garrett Kemper and the late Sean Kemper; dear brother of Joan Mc Iver, Timothy Hinebaugh.
The family will receive friends in the LEMMON FUNERAL HOME OF DULANEY VALLEY INC., 10 W. Padonia Road (at York Road) Timonium, Maryland 21093 on Friday, January 3, 2014 from 2-4 & 6-8pm, where Funeral Services will be celebrated on Saturday, January 4, 2014 at 10:00am.
Interment Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
