On Saturday, June 20, 2026, Judith Helen Bowers passed peacefully in her family’s home. Judith was a long time employee of Johns Hopkins Medical Systems and an entrepreneur in retirement, operating the Once Again Boutique in Wrightsville, Pennsylvania. In Judith’s second retirement she was most happy spending time with friends and family, sharing a good meal or visiting places of interest. Other things that Judith loved were her pets, British Television, a good cup of tea and anything that would tickle her sweet tooth. She didn’t have a mean bone in her body and lived by the words of her favorite catch phrase “Be Kind”.
Judith was the beloved wife to the late Wesley “Phil” Bowers. Loving mother of Lisa Redifer, sons Robert Redifer, Jeffrey Redifer, son-in-law Adam Fedder, cherished grandmother of Robert “Robbie” Redifer, dear sister of Emmett Jones and his wife Joyce. Judith was also the revered aunt of Vernon "Bernie" Jones, his wife Michelle and Howard “Ho Jo” Jones.
Interment of ashes to take place on Friday, July 10, 2026 at 11:30 am at Garrison Forest Veteran Cemetery,11501 Garrison Forest Rd, Owings Mills, Maryland, 21117 .
