Kelvin Myrl Millner, of Towson, Maryland passed away on Thursday, October 26, 2023. He is the son of the late Nollie And Myrl Millner; brother of Wayne Millner and his wife Bobbi , June Hare and her husband the late Norman; uncle of Lynn Allen, Norman A. Hare III, Patricia T. Millner and the late Leslie Millner and Brenda Ireland. He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews , as well as several other family and friends .
