A lifelong resident of Joppa, Maryland, Mark dedicated his professional life to public service, retiring after a distinguished career as a Lieutenant with the Maryland Transportation Authority.
In his personal life, Mark was known for his energetic spirit and love for the water. He was an avid enthusiast of boating, enjoyed going on cruises to explore new destinations, and could often be found roller skating for fun in his younger years.
The family will receive friends in the Lemmon Funeral Home of Dulaney Valley, Inc. 10 W. Padonia Road (at York Road) Timonium, Maryland 21093 on Friday, October 10, 2025 from 11 to 12:30pm at which time Mark’s life will be celebrated at the funeral home at 12:30 PM. Interment Gardens of Faith.
