Dr. Michael A. Jacobs, 64, passed away on November 25, 2025; loving husband of Yvonne Jacobs; devoted son of the late David and Mary Jacobs; beloved father of Michael A. Jacobs, Jr and his partner Sarah, Courtney M. Jacobs and her husband Joshua Licata, Jeremy R. Jacobs and his wife Hanna, and Zachariah E. Jacobs; cherished grandfather of Kelsey and Brianna Jacobs; dear brother of Scarlett Allen, Richard Jacobs, and the late Sheila Ostrom, David Jacobs, Jr.; Uncle of Tricia Ostrom.
The family will receive friends in the Lemmon Funeral Home of Dulaney Valley, Inc., 10 W. Padonia Road (at York Road) Timonium, Maryland 21093 on Saturday, December 13, 2025 from 1 to 2PM at which time Michael’s life will be celebrated 2 PM.
Interment Private.
