One of my most memorable birthdays was spent with Ali, Mike, Debbie and Steven in North Carolina. Mike wanted to get me a cake and he asked me what kind I wanted. I said that I didn't care but that I didn't like chocolate. Mike came back with a double chocolate coconut cake. He was so excited about that birthday cake he had gotten me. Ali and I have shared many laughs over the years about that day. Mike always seemed to make me laugh whenever I was around him. It was a great memory made with wonderful people and whenever I see a double chocolate coconut cake I will always think of Mike. 
I wish I would have seen you more over these last couple of years. I know you are at peace and I will always cherish the memories I have with you.

I've known Micheal since 1976 when we met at Salisbury University.  He knew how to throw a great bbq and always made everyone feel welcome in his home. I never met anyone as easygoing as he was.  I have grown to know his children over the years and he was so proud of them.

My dear Micheal, you were my first love, you taught me so many things over the years we were together.  If it were not for you, I probably would never have learned to cook.  And you gave me the greatest gift of all; Phillip and Alison.  I will always remember you and I am forever grateful for knowing you.

I always met Mike at the tea counter in MP-6 cafe and we would fight over who was drinking all the tea. So sweet We will all miss him but some one higher has him under their wings and there will be no more suffering.

Ella knew you all too briefly, but you'll remain a part of her life as she grows older and learns about the man you were. She'll be very proud to have you as her Pop-Pop.

I'm so sorry to hear about Mike. I became good friends with him during a period that I lived in Baltimore, when our sons were best friends and inseparable. I'll always have great memories of us on many camping trips throughout Maryland, and also just hanging out around Baltimore. I regret that we didn't stay close after I moved away.

You were the love of my life, and you knew that.  I hope you are pain free, at peace, with your Mom and Dad, and discussing relativity with Einstein.

Mike - Whenever I eat Indian food, use a reverse polish calculator, change my break pads or complain about bad customer service I'll be thinking of you. It seemed to me you always struggled to relate to people but I could always relate to you. I'll always remember you.

I worked with Mike for six months and enjoy his dry humor and respected his intellect.  Mike was a great guy.  I will miss him sorely and  will remember him fondly.
