Unexpectedly on February 16, 2017 Nancy M. Palmer (nee Schmidt); wife of the late Russell Palmer; dear sister of Joe Schmidt, Janet Ruhl and the late Mary Phillips, May Coal, Beverly Troxel and Tommy Schmidt; dear mother of the late Bonnie Lynn Bull. Also survived by a son; her special friends Sue and Ron Townsend and all her friends at Warren Place.
