Norma J. Gottemoller of Towson, MD formerly of Closter, NJ passed away on April 9, 2014 at Edenwald Retirement Community, Towson, MD at the age of 82. Mrs. Gottemoller was the Tax Collector and Treasurer of the Borough of Closter for 22 years, retiring in 1994. Prior to her public service she was the School Administrator at St. Mary’s Catholic School. She is preceded in death by her loving husband Eugene F. Gottemoller; her son Fred J. Gottemoller. She is survived by her beloved children Richard F. Gottemoller and his wife Linda and Lori M. Trumble and her husband Steven; cherished grandmother of Nicole Salop and her husband Mark, Kristin Trumble and Kyle Gottemoller; dear sister of Marie Scheuermann and Edna Starr.
A memorial service will be celebrated in the Edenwald Retirement Community, 800 Southerly Road, Towson, MD on Monday, April 14th at 11:30am. Interment Private.
