A proud graduate of New Jersey Institute of Technology, Bob carried his love for learning and building throughout his life. He was deeply connected to his alma mater, where he served as president of the alumni association.
Bob built a remarkable 42-year career as an electrical engineer at Procter & Gamble, where his skill, dedication, and curiosity left a lasting mark.
From a young age, Bob had a curious mind and a passion for tinkering. He loved trains, tools, and any project that involved building something with his hands. Yard sales were like treasure hunts to him, and he could spend hours exploring them for hidden gems—whether it was a new gadget to fix, a rock to add to his collection, or a stamp that told a story.
He had a soft spot for “B” movies and old Dracula films, delighting in their charm and quirks, and price. Known for his easygoing and outgoing nature, Bob had a way of making people feel welcome and at ease. He loved a good (or gloriously bad) joke and could always be counted on to make others laugh.
Family meant everything to him. Some of his happiest moments were spent with his son and grandson, playing games.
Bob is the devoted husband of 51 years to Charlotte Boyd Frasco; devoted father of Jeffrey Frasco and his wife Shelly; cherished grandfather of Calvert Frasco; dear brother of Kathleen Swensen and her husband the late Larry; uncle of Michael Doto and Robert Doto. He is also survived by other loving family and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the Lemmon Funeral Home of Dulaney Valley, Inc., 10 W Padonia Road, Timonium, Maryland, 21093 on Saturday, October 18,2025 for a Memorial Gathering from 12:00 pm -2:00 pm. Interment will be private. In his honor, the family encourages guests to share their favorite bad jokes and fond memories, just as he would have loved.
