Troy Piro

He was the life partner of Timothy W. Holland and the son of the late Barbara Dale Boudreaux and the late Michael Raymond Piro. He is survived by siblings Kevin Piro, Christine Tepe, Donna LeBlanc and members of their families.

Troy left Louisiana at an early age and entered the military. He later began a career as a flight attendant, most recently employed by US Airways. He flew mostly international routes and enjoyed frequent visits to many European capitals.

A passionate gardener, he nurtured an award-winning garden at his beloved vacation home in Chautauqua, New York. An animal lover, he also lavished attention on his Tibetian Terriers, Sam and Olivia. He will be remembered for his spontaneity and infectious smile.

Memorial services are planned in Chautauqua, NY and New Iberia, Louisiana at later dates.
