

Vic was born and raised in Crestwood, Kentucky where he married his high school sweetheart, Barbara Sue Stivers, in 1955, embarking on a beautiful journey together filled with love and companionship. He graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, proudly joining the SAE Fraternity during his time there. Vic continued his education, earning a master’s degree through the prestigious Sloan program at MIT.
A charismatic business leader, Vic led with integrity and vision, retiring as President and CEO after a remarkable career in the corporate world. He was not only known for his professional accomplishments but also his passion for life. An avid Kentucky basketball fan, he enjoyed watching college sports, especially college basketball and football.
He was a devoted Christian, loving husband, proud Dad, Granddad, and Great Granddad.
Vic lived life to the fullest, leaving a lasting impression on everyone he met. His warmth, kindness, and enthusiasm for life will be remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
He was the beloved husband of the late Barbara Sue Stivers Meyer; loving father of Dana Meyer Kirk, Terrell Victor Meyer, Sr. (Mary) and Barbara Meyer Day (Phil); cherished grandfather of Dionna Randas (Jim), Erienne Sutherell (Shaun), Alaina Wilson (Derek), Terrell Victor “Vic” Meyer, Jr. (Shari); treasured great grandfather of Selah Randas, James Randas, Meyer Sutherell, Layla Wilson, Braylon Wilson, Jocelyn Meyer, Camryn Snyder and Tabitha Snyder; dear brother of the late Margaret “Mick” S. G. Baker and is also survived by other loving extended family and friends.
A Celebration of Vic’s Life will take place on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at Church of the Resurrection, 11525 Greenspring Ave, Timonium, MD 21093 starting at 2 PM
