On January 9, 2021 WALTER “TOOTIE” HOLMES, SR.; beloved father of Walter E. Holmes, II and the late D’Angelo Holmes; loving step-father of Keith Foster; devoted son of Evelyn Gough; cherished brother of Deborah Lemus; adoring grandfather of Bria Foster, Keith Foster, Jr. and Carter Holmes; dear uncle of Bryan Holmes, Marc Lemus (both of which are Walter’s God-Son’s), Brittaney Carroll and Krystle McNair.
The family will receive friends in the LEMMON FUNERAL HOME OF DULANEY VALLEY INC., 10 W. Padonia Road (at York Road) Timonium, MD 21093 on Monday, January 18, 9-10:30am.
Following the Governor’s mandate on public gatherings, only 50 people will be allowed in the room at any given time.
