Donna M Krause Stambaugh

Donna Stambaugh, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away Thursday, February 14, 2013 at Flower Hospital. She was born May 5, 1929, in Walsh, Michigan. She was the daughter of Bessie Lee (Harris) and Louis Fred Krause.

Donna retired from Woolworths and was an avid bingo player. She enjoyed doing crafts, and especially spending time with her great grandsons. We will all miss her.

Donna is survived by her brother, William Krouse, sister, Rosanne Wambach, daughter, Diana Nickens, Sandra Poe, grandchildren; Bill Nickens, John Bland, Trena Nickens, Christie Hofmann, Joseph Poe, Donna Simon, Michelle McCreary, great grandchildren, Ryan, Jeffery, Zachary, Brandon and Nathan.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Jerry Krouse, Fred Kruse, Alvin Kruse, John Krouse, sisters, Lilian Pelz, Marcell Roach, Leona Waterman, husband, Joseph; son, John Bland and great granddaughter, Chloe Nickens.

Visitation for Donna will be at H. H. Birkenkamp Funeral Home, 3219 Tremainsville Rd (at Alexis) 419-473-1301on Sunday, February 17, from 2:00 pm until 6:00 pm. Graveside services will be Monday, beginning at 11:00 am at Toledo Memorial Park Cemetery, 6382 Monroe St. Sylvania, Ohio.
