Edna M. Saunders

Edna M. Saunders, age 98 of Toledo, Ohio, passed away with her loving family by her side on Thursday, January 9, 2014 at Lutheran Village of Wolf Creek. She was born in Toledo on July 28, 1915 to her parents, Edward and Sephronia Riek. Edna was the first legal secretary for the A.B.L.E. group for many years, retiring in 1989. She loved life and enjoyed every moment. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Robert Vigyo and Earl Saunders. Edna is survived by her loving daughter and son-in-law, Deborah and William Clow and devoted grandchildren, Brian Borgerson, Lori (Chris) Zaro, Doug (Shelley) Borgerson and Mary (Ben) Bocker, along with 13 great grandchildren. Visitation for Edna will be on Tuesday, January 14, from 10:00 am until time of funeral service at 12:00 pm at H. H. Birkenkamp Funeral Home, 3219 Tremainsville Rd 419-473-1301.
