Dennis Ray Penrod, 44 of Hampton, Virginia formerly of Tollesboro, passed away Monday, November 23, 2015 at Virginia Commonwealth University Pauley Heart Center in Richmond, Virginia. Born February 6, 1971 in Maysville, Ky to Mitchell Penrod and Jackie Helser Smith. He was a Welder and Mechanic.
Survivors include his father Mitchell (Sandra) Penrod, mother Jackie (Tom) Smith, daughters Kasandra Hickman and Sierra Penrod; brother Brian (Crystal) Penrod, sister Lisa (Harold) Carrington, step brothers Tommy and Jeff Smith, step sisters Misty Cooley and Bobbie Marlow, grandchildren Marquise Kirk and Mylah Cloyd.
Funeral Services for Mr. Penrod will be Monday, November 30, 2015, 12:00PM at Barbour and Son Funeral Home with Bro. Tom Prather officiating. Burial will follow in East Fork Cemetery. Visitation will be 11:00AM until the hour of service.
