Donald “Roundy” Hampton, 63, of Tollesboro died Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at his residence. Mr. Hampton was formerly employed at Henderson’s Station and Sexton’s Auto Sales and was a member of Happy Hollow Church. He was born in Maysville, Kentucky on January 14, 1950 the son of the late Ernest and Mayme Linville Hampton. He is survived by his wife, Robin Baldwin Hampton; Three daughters, Christine Hampton Jones of Ripley, OH, Tammy Hampton of Lexington, KY and Kayla Hampton of Tollesboro, KY; one son, Donald Dean Hampton, Jr. of Tollesboro, KY and one step-son, Brandon Keith Pollitt (Kristi) of Aberdeen, OH; seven grandchildren, Mikal, Samantha, Tanner, Noah, Morgan, Hayden and Bailey. He is also survived by two brothers, Ernie Hampton (Paula) of Manteno, IL and Melvin Hampton (Julie) of Melbourne, KY and four sisters, Betty Moore and Alice Kerns both of Dayton, OH, Diana Hampton of Tollesboro, KY and Carolyn Shumate of Aberdeen, OH. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Douglas Ray Hampton and one sister, Janet Sexton. Funeral services for Donald Hampton will be held at the Barbour and Son Funeral Home at 2:30 PM Saturday, March 30, 2013 with Rev. David Harney and Larry Doyle officiating. Burial will be in the Hillcrest Garden of Memories. Pallbearers will be Boyd Sexton, Jeff Baldwin, Chad Blackburn, Jeff Hampton, Anthony Harrison and Ryan Calvert. Honorary Pallbearers will be Randy Baldwin and Bryan Calvert. Visitation will be held Friday, March 29, 2013 from 5 to 8 PM at the funeral home. The family will have fellowship on Saturday at the Happy Hollow Church following the burial.
