James Alvis Wallingford

Joseph Eugene and James Alvis Wallingford, twin infant sons of Terry and Kelly Litzinger Wallingford of Vanceburg died at birth at the UK Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky. Besides their parents, they are survived by their brother, Camron Wallingford; half -brothers, Joshua Wallingford, Matthew Wallingford and Walter A. Wallingford and half-sisters, Kary Wallingford and Kamillia Wallingford; maternal grandparents, Eric and Missy McKee and Ricky and Sissy Litzinger all of Bracken County, KY and paternal grandparents, Walter and Carlene Wallingford of Vanceburg, KY. Graveside services for Joseph and James Wallingford will be held at the East Fork Cemetery at 5:00 PM Thursday, April 3, 2014 with Brother Bruce Hellar officiating. There will be no visitation prior to the service. Arrangements are under the direction of the Barbour and Son Funeral Home.
