Paul Edward Underwood Jr.

Paul Edward Underwood, 45, of Tollesboro, Kentucky died Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at his residence. Mr. Underwood was a veteran of Desert Storm having served in the US Army. He was an associate of Green Tokai for fifteen years and a graduate of Tollesboro High School. He was born in Waukegan, Illinois on June 13, 1971 the son of the late Paul E. Underwood and Grace Gilbert Applegate. He is survived by Kathy Underwood of Winchester, KY; three sisters, Jeannie Stacy and Christine Applegate both of Tollesboro, KY and Laura Hollon of Richmond, KY; one brother, Carl Applegate of Tollesboro, and one grandchild, Peyton Williamson; two nephews, Donald Henderson and Paul Henderson both of Tollesboro, KY and one niece, Jessica Hatton of Mt. Sterling, KY. Funeral services for Paul Underwood will be held at the Barbour and Son Funeral Home at 11:00 AM Saturday, October 8, 2016 with Rev. Phil Cropper officiating. Burial will be in the Happy Hollow Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday, October 7, 2016 from 6 to 8 PM.
