Armando L. Felix was born on August 27, 1954, in Chihuahua, Mexico, to Albino Felix Gonzales and Dolores Lachica Caraveo de Felix. As a young man, he came to the United States in search of a better life. Through hard work, discipline, resilience and determination, Armando built a strong foundation not only for himself but also for the generations that followed.

A proud business owner of Los Felix Lawn Service, he poured his passion and strength into his work. He was always striving for perfection through his work. He was able to provide and to set an example of hard work and perseverance. Beyond his work, Armando was deeply giving, he was always ready to help his family and those he loved. He never hesitated to lend a hand or offer support.

He first shared his life with Maria Inez Ramirez, with whom he raised five children: Dolores Diaz-Ginsburg, Irene Orea, Corina Felix-Taylor, Armando Felix Jr., and Fernando Felix. Later, he married his loving wife, Daisy Felix, and gained a second family through his stepchildren: Julio, Gilbert, Daisy Jr., and Samuel.

To his many grandchildren, he was a beloved Tata—loving, caring, and always looking out for them. He was also a cherished uncle and a loving brother, whose kindness and generosity touched the lives of his family in countless ways.

Those who knew Armando will remember him as strong, disciplined, hardworking, intelligent, and unforgettable. He lived with love at the center of everything, gave selflessly, and left a lasting impact on everyone blessed to know him. His love, guidance, and presence will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.

A visitation will be held at Advantage Crystal Rose Funeral Home, located at 9155 West Van Buren St, Tolleson, AZ 85353, on September 18, 2025, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

The funeral service is scheduled for September 19, 2025, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at an external service location at 8702 West Campbell Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85037.

A graveside service will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, 9925 W Thomas Rd, Avondale, AZ 85392, from 12:45 pm to 1:15 pm on the same day.
