Leocadio " Leo" Ortiz 80, of Phoenix and Formely of Tolleson died Aug 9, 2012. Mr. Ortiz was born June 5, 1932 to Albert and Fructuosa in Fabens, Texas. He is survived by his wife, Bertha; one son Leo Jr. three daughters, Mary Lou, Maria Teresa, and Veronica; two brothers, Roman and Fortion; one sister, Amelia; 10 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Viisitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. with a rosary recital at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at Advantage Crystal Rose Funeral Home, 9155 W. Van Buren St. in Tolleson. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 909 E. Washington St. in phoenix. Burial will be at Holy Cross Cemetery, 10045 W. Thomas Road
