In Loving Memory of Lorena Lopez
It is with deep sadness and loving remembrance that we announce the passing of Lorena Lopez, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend whose kindness and love touched everyone who knew her.
Lorena was born in Agua Blanca, Guatemala, where she spent her childhood and adolescent years surrounded by the beauty of her homeland and the love of her family. She carried the strength, warmth, and rich traditions of her Guatemalan roots with her throughout her life.
She later moved to Idaho, where she met the love of her life, Martin. Together they built a beautiful life founded on faith, love, and unwavering devotion to one another. Their greatest joy came with the birth of their two beloved children, Martin Junior and April Lynn, whom they raised with endless love, guidance, and encouragement.
In 2001, Lorena and her family made Phoenix, Arizona their home. There they created countless cherished memories together, celebrating holidays, sharing meals, and enjoying the simple gift of being surrounded by family. One of Lorena’s greatest blessings was becoming a grandmother to her two grandsons, who brought immeasurable joy, laughter, and pride into her life.
Lorena will be remembered for her gentle spirit, generous heart, unwavering love for her family, and the compassion she showed to everyone she met. Her legacy lives on in the lives of those she loved and the countless memories they will forever treasure.
Though she will be deeply missed, her love will continue to guide and comfort her family every day. Her memory will remain a lasting blessing to all who had the privilege of knowing her.
May she rest in eternal peace.
