Magdiel C. Morales, formerly of Cashion, AZ, passed to be be with our Lord Saturday, March 19, 2022, in the presence of his wife and daughter. He is preceded by his mother, father, and three sisters. He is survived by his wife, five children, five grandchildren, seven siblings, family, and friends.
He graduated with a baccalaureate in theological studies from Latin American Theological Seminary through LABI College where he also lectured. Magdiel founded Genesis Un Nuevo Comienzo in 2009 along with his wife and children. He worked for the Agua Fria High School District more than twenty years becoming a proud, founding supervisor for Canyon View High School, his second home and family.
A man of humble beginnings, he knew the value of hard work from the tender age of five. Magdiel took pride in all he did. He considered himself an unapologetically, proud Maintenance Man. He had an uncanny motivation to find a solution to every problem. As a husband and father, he instilled the importance of family and unity, always the first to demonstrate. He led with a heart of service. He lived what he preached. Magdiel did not consider himself a great man of God; rather a simple man at the disposition to be used in great ways by our Almighty God. He served at home, work, church, and community looking for opportunities to show God’s love through service. His legacy of service and faithful trust in God will live on.
