Mrs. Nellie (Bandy) Scott was born in Birmingham, Alabama, on November 20, 1939 to parents Prichess and Mitti Bandy. Nellie married her husband of 60 years, Sylvester Scott in 1963 after meeting in 1962. She worked as a civil servant for the Government for 26 years before retiring and moving to Arizona from California where she resided until her passing.
She was preceded in death by her parents and younger brother Prichess Bandy Jr. She is survived by her oldest brother Willie Bandy.
She will be remembered by her husband Sylvester Scott and 3 children: Mark Scott, Gina Hullum and Marsha Garcia. 8 grandkids: Sean Scott, Marcus Hullum, Eric Sylve, Venessa Martinez, Treniese Sylve, Mark Scott Jr., Jordan Garcia, Anthony Tamayo and 5 great-grandkids. In addition, her Son-In-Laws Carlos Garcia and Matthew Jones, Daughter-In-Laws, Alexis Kahn and Kristen Enriquez and countless extended family and friends.
She will be greatly missed and forever in our hearts.
