It is with deep sadness and profound gratitude for a life well lived that we remember Oscar Williams. Oscar was born April 10, 1937 and passed on July 26, 2026 at 89 years old.
Oscar was a man of integrity, determination, and generosity. A proud veteran, successful businessman, and dedicated project manager, he approached every responsibility with hard work, discipline, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
Oscar served two years in the U.S. Army and four years as a Construction Battalion in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam war.
Whether serving his country, leading projects, or mentoring those around him, he left a lasting impression through his strength and dependable character.
Beyond his accomplishments, Oscar embraced life with enthusiasm. Oscar and his wife, Jeannette Whalen operated a citrus and almond farm for many years in CA. They later retired to AZ and in a short time found a new welcoming community to be part of. Oscar was an avid marathoner who understood the value of perseverance, and he found joy in many of life’s simple pleasures. He loved his Corvettes, appreciated great music, and was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. His kindness, wisdom, and generous spirit touched countless lives.
Oscar treasured the people he loved and found his greatest happiness in the moments shared with family and friends. His love, guidance, and steadfast presence will be deeply missed but forever remembered.
