

Born on April 28, 1939, in Huron, South Dakota, Phyllis carried the values of hard work, kindness, and devotion to family throughout her life. She made Arizona her home for 61 years, where she built a life filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories.
Phyllis was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Robert Alton Hopper, and her sister, Juanita Carter. Together, Phyllis and Robert shared a life centered on family, creating a legacy that continues through the generations.
She is lovingly remembered by her sons, Michael A. Hopper and Todd A. Hopper; her daughter-in-law, Sabine U. Hopper; her grandsons, Austin J. Hopper, Jacob T. Hopper, and Mitchell R. Hopper; and her granddaughter, Tatum N. Hopper.
Phyllis was also blessed with a growing family of great-grandchildren who brought her immense joy: great-granddaughters Kynlee A. Hopper, Aria J. Hopper, and Carson J. Hopper, and great-grandsons Colton Z. Hopper and Brexton T. Hopper.
She is survived by her sister, Kay Buck, along with many extended family members and friends whose lives were touched by her warmth, generosity, and unwavering love.
Phyllis will be remembered for her gentle spirit, her strength, and the deep love she gave to her family. She found happiness in spending time with those she loved most and took great pride in watching her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren grow. Her kindness, wisdom, and caring heart will be dearly missed but forever remembered.
Though our hearts are heavy with loss, we take comfort in knowing that Phyllis's love and legacy will live on in the family she treasured so deeply.
