Ray was born at St. Joseph’s Hospital to Jose and Dora Garcia on February 22, 1975. Ray had six siblings: Connie, Mario, Danny (deceased), Alex, Joann and Monica.
Ray and Nancy (Torres) had three beautiful children together: Alyssa (20), Vanessa (15) and Ray Jr. (13).
Ray attended elementary school at John F. Kennedy, M. C. Cash and did his 8th grade promotion from Laveen Elementary. He then attended Carl Hayden High School.
Funeral services will take place on Wednesday, April 15 2020. He will be laid to rest at Phoenix Memorial Cemetary with his Tata-Teodoro Gutierrez, Nana-Petra Gutierrez, Uncles, Alfonso & Jesse and Cousin Jr. Perez.
