It is with truly great sadness that we announce the passing of Sheila Riscoe, 67, on January 8, 2026. Born on October 11, 1958 in Greenville, MS. Sheila was born to Robert and Margaret Riscoe. Sheila was a dedicated daughter, sister, mother, grandmother and friend. After a long career with the United States Air Force, she put herself through college, attaining a place on the National Dean's list as well as Phi Theta Kappa with honors while raising two children by herself. As a problem solver, Sheila found her niche in customer service where she had the ability to connect with people. It allowed her to excel with the admiration of colleagues and clients alike. In her spare time she loved spending time with her grandchildren and in the kitchen indulging in her love for the love of culinary arts. Sheila, referred to lovingly as Mia by her grandbabies. Sheila survived by her son Quinn Riscoe along with his wife Rafaela, her grandchildren Jolie, Justin, Quinn jr and Raya. Also, son Cameron DeGurski, his wife Skye, along with Emily, Brielle and Rosslyn. We will celebrate Sheila January 16, 2026 from 10:00am-12:30pm at Crystal Rose Funeral Home, 9155 W Van Buren St. Tolleson, AZ 85353. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Sheila's name to Autism Speaks.
