Born in Lima, Peru, he lived in Byram, Bloomfield and Newark before moving to Toms River in 2023. Alberto Oshiro arrived to the USA on a student visa where he met his wife to be Shirley Torres in Queens, NY. After a long and successful career in electrical engineering, Alberto retired in 1999. Lover of nature, classical / Peruvian music and politics, Alberto mostly enjoyed family time with his grandchildren.
Survived by his wife Shirley Oshiro, daughter Karen McGrath, son Christian Oshiro, son Steven Oshiro, and grandchildren Aaron Oshiro, Maya McGrath, Marcus Oshiro, Kira McGrath, Amarin Oshiro.
