Alvina Dennis-Brady, 71, of Bayville and former longtime resident of Toms River, passed away on March 5, 2013. Alvina, also known as “Vi” by friends, loved the beach and the boardwalk. She worked on the Pt. Pleasant boardwalk in her teens. Alvina loved to be around family and friends, have barbeques, go to parks, dance and travel. Alvina is survived by three children Linda Dennis, Gary Dennis and Robert Dennis; her mother Marie Fallon; two brothers Robert and Frank Fallon; and two sisters Carol Reinhardt and Susan Joynes; her grandchildren William Sorg Jr., Daniel Dennis, Timothy Dennis, and Jennifer Dennis; and her great grandson Timothy Dennis Jr.. She was predeceased by her father Bernard Fallon; her brother Bernard Fallon Jr.; and her grandson Richard Dennis.
A Memorial Gathering will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2013 from 1 to3 p.m. with a Memorial Service at 2:00 p.m. at Anderson and Campbell Funeral Home, 703 Main St., Toms River. Cremation is private.
