Ann Britting

Ann Britting, 78, of Toms River, died Thursday, Nov. 21, 2013, at home, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Trenton, Ann lived in Trenton and Seaside Park before moving to Toms River. She was a registered nurse for the Toms River Regional School System for 25 years before her retirement in 1994. Ann is a member of the Presbyterian Church of Toms River and a member of the Red Hatter's Club. She loved going to Maine and playing golf (but not by the rules) but she did have a lot of fun with friends. She was predeceased by her husband, Jerome in 2006. She is survived by her son, Jeffrey of Pt. Pleasant and her daughter, Susan of Toms River. Visiting will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 24 at the Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 703 Main St., Toms River. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 25 at the funeral home. Entombment will follow at Ocean County Memorial Park, Toms River.
