Ann Mazzei

Ann Mazzei, beloved wife and mother,76, of Berkeley Township passed away on May 6, 2017 at home surrounded by her loving family. Born in Yonkers, NY, she had lived most of her life in Ocean County. Ann was president and co-founder of Quality Medical Transport in Bayville for the past 25 years, retiring in 2016. Ann loved spending time with her cherished family and will be sorely missed.

She was predeceased by her grandson Douglas Murante. Surviving are her beloved husband of 59 years Richard Mazzei; two sons, Richard and his wife Rosa of Bayville and Robert and his wife Suzanne of Waynesboro, PA; a daughter Debbie Murante and her husband Salvatore Sr. of Beachwood; her sister Linda Hammond and her husband Al of Whiting; 6 grandchildren, Salvatore Jr., Robert, Elise, Nicholas, Daniel and Kristen; and 7 cherished great grandchildren, Salvatore III, Ty Douglas, Danica, Tucker, Pierce, Hunter and Valentina.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 9 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at Anderson and Campbell Funeral Home, 703 Main St., Toms River. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at Anderson and Campbell Funeral Home. Entombment will follow at Ocean County Memorial Park in Toms River.
