Anthony J. Albanese, age 95, of Berkeley Township, after a long and full life, passed away at his home in Toms River surrounded by his family.
Born in Jersey City in 1922, he was a decorated World War II veteran and retired "lines and signs" man for the state. He is predeceased by his wife Rose and survived by his children Joanne, Linda, Anthony, and Judy and his grandchildren Matthew and Emily.
A funeral mass will take place at St. Joseph's R.C. Church at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, June 2.
