Anthony F. Ferrante

Born in Brooklyn, NY, Mr. Ferrante lived in Queens, NY before relocating to Fairlawn, NJ and then settling in Toms River. He was a member of the Cosmos Club as well as the Elks.

Anthony was predeceased by both parents, Joseph and Mary Ferrante. Surviving is his wife, Irene Ferrante, as well as his companion of 15 years, Marian Tagliareni; children Anthony Ferrante and his wife Meghan, of Pearl River, NY, and Maria Ives and her husband Brian, of Fairlawn NJ; grandchildren Anthony, Luke, and Briana Ferrante; siblings Frances Lyons and her husband Phillip, of Sebastopol, CA and Amalia Ferrante and her husband Harry Payne, of New York, NY; many loving nieces and nephews.

He is also survived by extended family of children Tiana and Peter Somoza, Angela and Rob Sontz, Vincent Pollara, Genna and Vincent Chiapperini, and Gina Pollara and fianc, Rich Ravioli; and grandchildren Gabriella, Valentina and Juliet Somoza, as well as, Christian, Cassidy, Cameron, Ceirian, and Cai Sontz.

A memorial mass will be held on Friday, September 16, 2016 at 11:30 AM at St. Maximilian Kolbe RC Church, 130 St. Maximilian Lane, Toms River. Cremation was private and entrusted to Horizon Funeral & Cremation Services, 1329 Route 37 West, Toms River.
