Arthur Munoz

Arthur Munoz, age 90, passed away at Arbors Care Center on January 1, 2022.  Born in Cuenca, Ecuador, South America. He lived in Quito as a child then moved to West New York NJ where he became a US citizen in 1957.

Arthur worked at Associated Craftsman in Hackensack NJ, which employed many with disabilities, for 30 years then went on to other opportunities.  He lived independently in Ridgewood NJ where he was loved by the community. 

He is predeceased by his parents, Lucy and Arturo Munoz; sister, Gina Valicenti; and brother in law, Carmine; sister, Mafalda Meisenbach; and brother in law, Adolf.

Arthur is survived by his God daughter niece, Carol Latevola and husband and friend Bob; niece, Heidi Ebel and husband Burt; niece, Janice Carazas and husband Pete; nephew, Erich Meisenbach and wife Michelle; nephew, Karl Meisenbach. He has 10 grand nieces and nephews. Michele, Kimberly, Robyn, Alicia, Carolyn, Steven, Daniel, Eric, Brian and Thomas. We love you Uncle Arthur.

A Memorial Visitation will be on Saturday, June 11, 2022 from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm at Horizon Funeral & Cremation Services, 1329 Route 37 W, Toms River, NJ.
