Carolyn R. Gornitzky, 69, of Mantoloking, passed away Friday, October 10, 2025 at Princeton Medical Center in Plainsboro, N. J. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, she grew up in Monroeville, PA., then graduated from The Wharton School of the University Of Pennsylvania where she met her husband, Jay. They lived in Toms River, N.J. for 30 years, before moving to Mantoloking 5 years ago. Carolyn is survived by her husband Jay of 47 years, their son Randy, his wife Lisa and their son Wesley and their other son Alex, his wife Carolyn and their two daughters Elliana and Anabelle. Carolyn was well known by her friends and family for her delicious deserts.
Graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 16, 2025 at 12:00 PM at B’nai Israel Memorial Park Cemetery at 1224 West Whitty Road, Toms River, N.J.
