Born in Spain, Celia moved to the Unites States in 1968. She resided in Newark, New Jersey prior to moving to Belleville, Manalapan and the Toms River area three years ago. She was a homemaker and loved spending time with her family.
She is survived by her husband Manuel Fernandez; children Joseph Fernandez and his wife Zuhal and Antonio Fernandez and his wife Nancy; grandchildren Antonio Fernandez Jr. and Diego Fernandez as well as her sister.
Cremation was private and entrusted to Horizon Funeral & Cremation Services, 1329 Route 37 West, Toms River.
