David G. Dalton

David G. Dalton, born July 30, 1940 passed away peacefully on May 6, 2022. David retired from Toms River Township Public Works in 1995 after 32 years of service to the Toms River Community. He was honorably discharged from the Coast Guard. He was also an avid supporter of the NRA, the Golden Eagles youth group and several U.S. Military Organizations. David is survived by his son Timothy Dalton, daughter-in-law Lorraine Dalton, and grandchildren John and Kristin Dalton. He is also survived by his daughter Robin Wilkinson, son-in-law Ronald Wilkinson Jr., and daughter Debbie Dalton. Also surviving are treasured family members in the state of Virginia. He was predeceased by his wife of 52 years Nancy Dalton, his grandson Matthew Wilkinson, and his parents John and Anne Dalton. A memorial gathering will be held Friday, May 20th from 6:00 to 9:00 PM with a funeral service taking place at 7:00 PM at Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 703 Main St. Toms River.
