Dean "DJ" Fornelius

He enjoyed baseball and fishing.

Surviving are his father, Dean Fornelius Sr.; his mother, Michelle Fischbach-Fornelius and Dale Schweighardt; four step-brothers, Dale Schweighardt, Kyle Schweighardt, Reilly Schweighardt, and Ryan Schweighardt; step-sister, Ashley Neapolitano; grandparents, William Fischbach and his wife, Roseann Pietz Fischbach, and Jerry Rice; his Aunts, Tammy Fornelius, Lisa LeCompte-Palmer and her husband Gary; Colleen Rice, Susan Leitch-Coppola and her husband Salvatore, Dawn Fischbach-Falkenstein and her husband Albert; his Uncles, Mark Fornelius, Thomas Leitch and his wife Stephanie, William Fischbach and his wife Chrissy Fischbach, William Leitch and his wife Becky; and girlfriend, Alexis Jacobs.

DJ also has many cousins who will miss him dearly.

Visitation will be at Horizon Funeral & Cremation Services, 1329 Route 37 West, Toms River, NJ 08755 on Monday, May 9, 2016 from 2-4

and 7-9 PM and Tuesday, May 10, 2016 from 11 AM - Noon, with services at Noon.

Burial to follow at Riverside Cemetery, Toms River.
