

Born in New Brunswick, she grew up in Edison before moving to Manchester in 1982.
Mrs. Phillips and her husband Tom were the owners of Country Springs, a bottled water supply company.
She was also a medical biller for many years, most recently for Alert Ambulance.
She was a member of the Manchester Pop Warner, Little League, and Touchdown Club.
Predeceased by her parents, Ken and Olga Harkins, and her brother, Kevin Harkins, she is survived by her husband Thomas; her children, Tracey Phillips-Frazee and her husband Robert of Manchester, Ryan and his partner Kristina of Toms River, Jason and his wife Kristine of Ocean Gate, Patrick and his wife Carissa of Manahawkin, Christine Iacovelli and her husband Tom of Edison, and Daniel and his wife Mary of Jackson; fifteen grandchildren, Justin, Brad, Mark, Alex, Nicole, Troy, Daniel, Brittany, Sean, Baillie, Madison, Aidan, Kylie, Kaleb, and Braelyn; a great-grandson, Timothy, and a brother, Bruce Harkins and his wife Susan of Bridgewater.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, November 11, from 2-4 and 7-9 and on Thursday, November 12, from 9-10 am at Horizon Funeral and Cremation Services, 1329 Route 37 West, Toms River.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10:30am Thursday, November 12, at St. John RC Church, Lakehurst, and interment will follow at the Brig. Gen. W. C. Doyle Veteran's Memorial Cemetery, Arneytown.
