

Diane M. Boylan Stefanelli Spontak, age 61, of Toms River, passed away on Monday, February 9th, at Community Medical Center. She was born in Newark, NJ. She lived in Newark before moving to Toms River 22 years ago. She worked for Health South Rehabilitation Hospital in Toms River as a Medical Records Technician.
Diane always took care of the people she loved and showed unyielding kindness and warmth to all she encountered. Her everlasting influence will be imprinted in those whom she has touched.
Surviving is her husband Steve Spontak of nine years; two sons: Stephen Stefanelli and his fiancé Megan of Toms River, and Bryan Spontak and his fiancé Lisa of Toms River; three daughters: Janine Casler and her husband Ryan of Toms River, Stephanie Klein and her husband Tebor of Long Island, NY, and Lynn Brown of Florida; one sister: Kathleen Avalone of Toms River; two nieces: Michelle Wilson and Renae Cribben of Toms River; one nephew: John Avalone of Toms River; her eight great nieces and nephews, and six grand-children: Garlin, Brielle, Zachery, Julian, Arielle and Dylan.
Visiting will be Thursday, 5-9PM, at the Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 703 Main Street, Toms River, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday at St. Barnabas RC Church in Bayville at 11AM. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Toms River.
