Born in New Brunswick, Douglas resided in Old Bridge.
He was a car enthusiast and enjoyed drawing and art.
Douglas was predeceased by his parents Charles and Mary Foust.
He is survived by his siblings; Mary Pierson and her husband Richard, Charles Foust Jr. and his wife Yvonne, Carol Getta and her husband Donald, David Foust, Christopher Foust, and Rebecca Smith and her husband Brent; many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews.
All services were private and handled by Horizon Funeral & Cremation Services, 1329 Route 37 W, Toms River, NJ.
