
Born in Jersey City, he lived there until moving to Holiday City.
Mr. Riedinger was a US Navy Veteran, and was employed by the Erie Lackawanna Railroad.
He retired as a warehouseman for Tropicana-Pepsico, Kearny.
He enjoyed playing Bingo, visiting Atlantic City Casinos, and playing the lottery.
He was predeceased by his wife, Joan, his parents, Edward and Emma Riedinger, his brother Thomas, and by his brother in law, William Martin.
He is survived by his sons, Edward and his wife Lisa of Jersey City, Michael and his wife Katie of Georgia, and John and his wife Nafasa of Florida; his stepchildren, Dana, Desiree and Matthew; 7 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren; his brother, Kenneth and his wife Mary of Hazlet, NJ and his sister, Beverly Martin of Toms River; his aunt, Gertrude Dundee of Toms River, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be on Thursday from 3-7 and on Friday from 8:30 to 9:30 at Horizon Funeral and Cremation Services, 1329 Route 37 West, Toms River.
Funeral Service will be held on Friday at 9:30am at the funeral home, with interment following at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
